You’ve spent your life caring for everyone else, but who’s taking care of you?
On the outside, it looks like you have everything together—success, intelligence, the one everyone relies on. You’re used to figuring things out and carrying more than your share because that’s what you’ve always done.
But inside? You’re drained. Stuck. Frustrated.
Maybe you’re here because you’re…
The black sheep of your family, the one who has always questioned things.
The high-achiever who’s starting to wonder if all that success was just luck.
A mother who loves her kids but feels like she’s drowning—wracked with guilt for even admitting it.
In a relationship where you give and give, receiving little in return.
When you grow up feeling like it’s your job to keep the peace and take care of everyone else, putting your own needs last isn’t just a habit—it’s instinct. The expectations come from all directions—family, culture, and even your own sense of responsibility. But now, you’re starting to see the toll it’s taken. And in the process, you’ve lost sight of what you need.

You don’t have to feel this way forever.
You don’t have to keep carrying everyone else’s emotions or questioning yourself at every turn. You can learn to trust yourself, connect with both your mind and body, and feel truly seen— without changing who you are.

Hello, I’m Reina
I believe healing happens when you feel seen, understood, and safe to be yourself.
As a somatic psychotherapist, I don’t impose a specific path or outcome—I trust your body to hold the wisdom of your own experience. Together, we’ll explore what feels true for you, moving at a pace that respects the rhythms of your body and mind. My role is to meet you with curiosity and care, fostering a collaborative process where your choices, sensations, and boundaries are always honored.

Grounded in trauma-informed care, I understand that healing unfolds in your body’s own time— never rushing or forcing. Sometimes, it’s simply about reconnecting with your breath, your heartbeat, or the ground beneath you—coming back to the present moment in a way that feels safe and steady.

Having grown up in Japan, lived abroad as an international student, and later immigrated to the U.S., I bring this cross-cultural experience into our work to help you feel more grounded, integrated, and connected to yourself. I’m here to help you build deeper, more authentic connections with both yourself and others, guiding you as you discover what wholeness and fulfillment feel like for you.

Take the first step by scheduling a free consultation, where we can explore how we might work together and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you. This is a chance for us to connect, breathe into the process, and see if this work aligns with where you are right now.
In our sessions, we’ll tune into your body and nervous system, uncovering patterns and finding ways to bring more ease, confidence, and balance into your life.
Through therapy, you can discover a deeper connection in the relationship with both yourself and others, and practical tools to recognize what your body needs. Over time, you may begin to notice real change—feeling more grounded, present, and resilient.
